Payment Methods / Security

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Solo, Switch, Delta.

All payments are made on secured pages via SagePay and require CVV2/CVC2 verification.

We also accept 3D Secure transactions.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries to mainland Britain are subject to a £10 flat rate with £3 added per 3 metre length.

Our delivery charges apply only to mainland Britain and do not include the highlands of Scotland. Delivery to offshore UK, Europe and the rest of the world will be calculated by us - please contact us direct.

Delivery will be via courier.

Please allow 14-28 working days for delivery of your new purchases from the date of your order.

If you have any specific requirements for an earlier delivery please contact us as we will endeavour to help any way we can.

A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations will only be accepted on the understanding that all costs incurred by the Seller will be reimbursed in full.

If damage has occurred during delivery or goods have failed to be delivered, you should inform us of this at enquiries@arthurwoodjoinery.co.uk  the same day.

In the unlikely event that any good we have delivered to you are faulty and you wish to claim a replacement or refund then you should inform us of this by emailing us at enquiries@arthurwoodjoinery.co.uk  within 3 days of the goods in question being delivered.

You must then return the goods to us (at your own cost) within 30 days complete in their original packaging and with all accompanying documentation. Please note that you bear the risk of damage to goods during transit.

Following receipt of the goods, one of our technicians acting reasonably will validate the fault you have identified. If the fault is found to be valid then we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you, including your reasonable and proper costs in returning the goods to us.

If following our inspection any fault is found not to be valid then we shall inform you of this and return the goods to you. Please note that we shall be entitled to charge you for the cost of this return delivery.

Privacy Policy

We receive your personal information through this website. You may for example, be asked for personal information if you would like to place an order or receive information about our latest products and offers.

Where you provide personal information, we will use it to deliver the goods and services you have requested. We will not sell this information to any third party and we will not send you Spam, ever.
